On this #FarmSunday while we are also preparing to ring in a New Year, let’s reflect on a the confident message of Philippians 1:6 (MSG) “There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears.” It’s a moment to look back and marvel at how far we’ve come and to look forward with hope to where we’re going.

This evening isn’t just about bidding farewell to another year; it’s about recognizing the spiritual journey we’re all on. God has been doing some incredible work in us, and the best part? He’s not done yet. As we stand here, let’s embrace the certainty that He will continue to work within us, guiding and shaping us for something special.

So, continue to ponder the path ahead. What will we do with the time, talents, and opportunities God has given us? How can we contribute to the good work He’s already begun in us? Let’s step into this new chapter with a deepened faith, ready to make it count, confident in the journey ahead, and excited for the flourishing finish that awaits us.
