In honor of our first fresh eggs on the farm let’s talk a little about eggs.
These unwashed eggs can sit on your counter and be just fine for 2-3 weeks.
Pop those unwashed eggs in the fridge and they are good up to 3 months!
If you wash them and place them in the fridge, they are good for 2 months.
We choose to wash our eggs right before we eat them!
