Perfect Peel Method for Farm Fresh Eggs

Making deviled eggs this Thanksgiving? Farm Fresh eggs are notoriously hard to peel (because they are so fresh!) but here is a great method. They peel PERFECTLY EVERY TIME

🥚Fill a pot with enough water to cover your eggs. The pot should have a lid.

🥚Lightly tap the fat end of the eggs against the counter. The shell should crack, but the membranes should remain intact.

🥚Put the eggs in the pot of water and turn the heat on high with lid on.

🥚Bring water to a rolling boil and immeddiately remove from heat.

🥚Leave lid on and let sit for 10 minutes.

🥚Rinse with cool water.

🥚Peel from the fat end.

Full disclosure, I borrowed this method from Hanging C Ranch — great tips should be shared and this has become my preferred method!
