FarmSunday: Celebrate Every Day

Happy #farmsunday! Recently, we have had several people curious about why we pour our hearts into #FarmSunday. Well, we thought in that a bit and here’s the heart of it: every day we step onto this farm, we’re aiming to celebrate God. We dream of this little slice of heaven being a spark for joy and inspiration far beyond our fields in East Tennessee.

As we mulled over your question, our thoughts wandered to Paul’s wise words in Philippians 4:4, which really strike a chord with how we want to be: “Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in him!”

Paul nudges us to celebrate God “all day, every day.” Imagine that—finding joy in Him in every sunrise we watch together, in every harvest we share, and every encounter with people or animals. It’s about reveling in His presence, soaking up every bit of this beautiful life and the endless grace that paints our days.

Are we always spot-on with this practice? Honestly, no. Don’t we all have off days? But if you’re ever pondering for a reason to celebrate and revel in Him, let’s circle back to Psalm 100:5, which beautifully reminds us that “the Lord is good and his mercies are everlasting.” Isn’t that reason enough to celebrate every moment?

As we go about our week, let’s carry this message in our hearts and remind each other too! Let’s make every day a celebration of God’s boundless goodness, hoping to sprinkle a little bit of that joy and inspiration on everyone who crosses paths with us.

Thank you for being part of our #FarmingAfter50 Farmstead journey. Your support, love, and shared moments of joy make every #FarmSunday (and every day in between) truly special.

Sending you all heaps of love and blessings from  Lane, Jules, and all furry and feathered friends at Sweet Bombdiggity Farms. Let’s keep celebrating, rejoicing, and reveling in God and the blessings all around us. 🌈✨
