Do you ever find yourself inspired by a trip or a special experience? A few years ago, Lane and I had the incredible blessing of staying at the Ahwahnee Lodge in Yosemite. Its rustic décor, especially the rugs on display, deeply resonated with us. Months later, during a business trip to Arizona, we stumbled upon our first Kilim rug at a flea market. It stirred up memories of that time spent immersed in the grandeur of nature. When we returned home, we hung that rug across one of the beams in our cabin, and it’s become more than just décor—it’s a piece of that special moment.
Every time we add another rug, with their beautiful colors and intricate weaving, it sparks a conversation of memories and shared experiences of a lifetime. The Ahwahnee may have hosted presidents and royalty, but Sweet Bombdiggity Farms has hosted something even better—friends and family. There’s magic in the way simple objects can become tokens of cherished experiences, bringing a piece of those adventures home with us.
