Duluth Trading Company insulated overalls—an absolute winter fave. Warm, durable, and somehow still managing to look cute while covered in hay and chicken dust.

Hat Spotlight: Picture this: a hat straight out of Chevy Chase’s National Lampoon’s wardrobe. Ear flaps that scream silly, but keep my ears so toasty I’ll take the fashion risk any day.

Gloves? What gloves? I lose one every five minutes, so I’ve given up on anything fancy. Cheap and nameless is the way to go, but honestly, I prefer bare hands so I can feel the animals and have better control. (The animals don’t judge my frostbitten fingers.)

Boots—oh, the boots! This year’s winter favs are from Kizik shoes—warm, comfy, and hands-free to put on. Absolute lifesavers for those early morning dog walks.
