Meet Bocephus the KuneKune Pig Rescue

a ginger and black spotted kune kune male pig named bocephus

Meet Bocephus the KuneKune Pig 🐷🤎 Born in June, Bocephus joined our farm family in December as one of five rescue piglets—and let us tell you, this guy is the absolute bombdiggity.

The KuneKune breed (pronounced “cooney cooney”) comes all the way from New Zealand, and their name literally means “fat and round” in Māori.

Could there be a better way to describe this lovable chunk?

Bocephus is a total sweetheart who’s always ready to roll over for a belly rub or wiggle his snout for a boop. He’s like the golden retriever of the pig world—gentle, friendly, and always making us laugh with his laid-back personality.

When he’s not grazing with his piggy siblings, you can usually find him snoozing in a pile of straw. Having Bocephus and his piglet crew here at Sweet Bombdiggity Farms has been such a joy. We’re so grateful to give them a loving home and can’t wait to share more of their antics with you—because life is just better with a pig like Bocephus around!
